Once you have gotten your Get Healthy Game Plan or one of the other Evaluation Packages, you may want additional support in order to put it into action.  You may realize you need accountability, encouragement or motivation for a period of time in order to make these changes part of your daily life.  If you don't DO them, they won't make a difference! 

 COACHING IS SOMETHING THAT IS INTANGIBLE – BUT EXTREMELY VALUABLE!

Do you prefer to talk over the phone?  No problem.  A 30-minute phone session is $50 and one hour is $75.  You can email the question(s) or issues you want to discuss in advance and we will set up a time that is convenient for the phone consultation.  

 BASIC SILVER COACHING PLAN:

We will have one 30 minute phone session to set the agenda you want to work on and then I will contact you via email each morning.  You will have unlimited email access to me as well for continuing discussion, questions and thoughts.

 $75.00 per week or $247.00 per month

 GOLD COACHING PLAN:

For those who want and need more intensive coaching, this plan includes my personalized, professional support, motivation, accountability and knowledge, as well as one introductory 30-minute phone call to determine our agenda for the month; 2 additional 30-minute progress sessions (via phone or skype); I will contact you daily via email and you will have unlimited email contact with me.  Depending on the particular issue, I will provide appropriate e-books and materials specific to the topic.

$347.00 per month

PLATINUM COACHING PLAN:

If you are serious about making definite, lasting changes in your health, habits and life, this plan is for you. You will receive one 45-minute introductory phone call to set our agenda based on your responses to the initial assessment form you submit via email; then there will be one additional 45-minute progress session (via phone or skype) each week (4 in all); unlimited email and phone contact between sessions; you will receive emails from me daily which include action steps and responses to any issues that come up along the way, as well as targeted, specific resources and materials that relate to your agenda.

$447 per month
