Healthy_Recipes > Christopher’s Tuna with Spinach and Chick Peas

1 can of chunk white tuna in water or canned wild salmon

10 oz box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

½ can of any beans you like (I especially love chick peas)

Mrs. Dash Lemon pepper seasoning

1 tsp. olive oil

Combine all ingredients and heat gently in a pan—can be eaten warm or at room temp.

(My son Chris made this up and I tried it for dinner and loved it—and spinach has been found to help with protein synthesis—a win-win!)
