Healthy_Recipes > Boosted Hot Chocolate

I love hot chocolate on a cold day - or any day actually! So I use a mug that holds 2 cups of water and heat the water almost to boiling.

I put one packet of hot chocolate in the mug, 1 heaping tablespoon of organic, unsweetened cacao powder (I find it at Walmart),  1/4 tsp. powdered rooibos tea, 1/4 tsp. ceylon cinnamon (I buy it from Swanson), a scoop of MCT Oil Powder and a scoop of collagen powder.

**Youngevity now has a Keto hot chocolate that has the MCT oil powder as well as reishi mushrooms. It's perfect for a low carb diet.**

Sometimes I add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a little Chili Spice. Depends on my mood - but it's all delicious. Often I include a scoop of Matcha tea as well.

Don't be limited by my additions - add any spice or herb that appeals to you! Ginger, allspice and cardamom would be delicious too!

Talk about delicious, satisfying and nourishing!
