Learn About Me

My name is Ann Musico and I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and wellness blogger.

I empower women, at every age, to live well so they can model health and wholeness - spirit, soul and body because healthy families begin with healthy moms.

What is a Health Coach?

  • According to CBS News: “In recent years, a new and intriguing concept has emerged in the prevention and treatment of chronic illness: the Health Coach.”

  • A Health Coach is a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates people to cultivate positive health choices. Health Coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments.

Why Could You Need a Health Coach

  • 1.6 billion adults worldwide are obese and 366 million have diabetes. Trillions of dollars are spent on healthcare. Yet we're still getting sicker and our life expectancy is dropping.

  • The existing healthcare system is just not sustainable. The future of healthcare is about education and prevention.

  • As a holistic health coach I educate and support people to find their way to better health, spirit, soul and body. Holistic means we address the whole person.

  • Health Coaches are at the forefront of today’s health revolution, offering services and filling gaps that doctors, nutritionists and dieticians don’t have the time or resources to fill.
