You can pray any time and God is always listening and will answer your faithfilled prayer.  There are times when bigger issues come before us and we need to take the time to seek God, find the scriptures that relate to our request and pray them back to the Father.  Scripture is clear - God's Word NEVER returns to Him void - it ALWAYS accomplishes the thing for which it is sent! 

There is no more powerful way to pray than to pray God's very own Word back to Him.
