 Soul Health:

           3 John 2: Dear friend, I am praying  that all is well with you and that your body is as healthy as I know your soul is.
 
            Your soul, which includes your mind, will and emotions, is often confused with your spirit, however, it is something entirely distinct. If your soul is not balanced and healthy, it will negatively impact your physical and spiritual health. 
 
            The soul component of a balanced life includes: emotional health, effective stress management; understanding mind/body connection and emotional/body connection of
disease; impact of positive emotions such as caring, appreciation and love, as well as destructive impact of negative emotions such as bitterness, resentment, anxiety, guilt, shame and hopelessness; wisdom for healing out of balance relationships and situations.
