Year One - Done!

Dec 3, 2009

Did you know? The Three Dimensional Vitality website is one year old this month! This year has been a wonderful learning process for me and I look forward to continuing to grow and learn throughout 2010 as well. Several of you have contacted me with questions or shared information and comments related to some of the newsletter articles and I have had the pleasure of getting to know you. That has been one of my biggest joys and sources of encouragement. I hope you will continue to read the newsletters and share your input, questions and personal experiences. It always means a lot to me when you take the time to contact me. And I do hope you are receiving valuable, practical information that benefits you and your family – that is my mission and goal in everything I do.

As we are quickly approaching the Christmas holidays, I wanted to share some unique and yet practical gift ideas. Besides the things my husband and children mention to me as possible gift ideas – getting their wish lists is always my first step - I always buy them something spiritually uplifting and something to support or improve their health as well. (Those who know me well would expect nothing less from me!) Anyway, here are a few healthy gift ideas you might consider this year. They are all on http://www.threedimensionalvitality.com/Products.html

Whole Food Farmacy
I love the huge selection of raw, whole food products this company offers! I like to give one of the wonderfully healthy snack mixes like Cranberry Crunch (my favorite) or Buckey Ball Matrix (which has been described as a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the bread!). I love knowing I have provided a very healthy whole food snack. It’s much appreciated, especially once all the Christmas goodies are gone and everyone is trying to get back to their healthy eating habits. There are raw whole food snack mixes, soups, beverages, spices and much more.

Gano Brand Coffees for Life!
For the coffee lovers on your list you can visit this site and find some delicious coffees that contain a prized medicinal mushroom thought to be more powerful than ginseng! There are so many flavors to choose from. There’s even hot cocoa and green tea as well. These truly are coffees for life!

Christian Meditation Cds
Who among us couldn’t use more peace and serenity in our lives as well as a closer relationship with God? You can order some wonderful Christian meditation Cds for friends and family. These truly make an excellent gift – I’ve given them to my children as well as friends and all who have received them have absolutely loved and appreciated them.

The King's Daughter book
If you have a young girl on your list, my book makes a wonderful, personal gift that will encourage a truly intimate relationship with God. You may visit http://www.threedimensionalvitality.com/Books.html and order directly from Amazon.com or, if you hurry, I still have about 10 copies left, which I would be happy to sign and mail to you for $10.00 including shipping and handling, which is a great deal. Simply send me an email and I’ll give you further instructions for ordering.

Giving Anonymously http://www.givinganon.org
If you know a person or family that is struggling financially, you can send a monetary gift to them anonymously. I’ve used this site myself. Especially if you feel the person would feel embarrassed, obligated or uncomfortable accepting a gift of money directly, this is a beautiful way to be a blessing in accordance with Matthew 6:3.

I believe, a gift should bless the person receiving it as well as the person giving it. You should feel you are providing that person with something they not only need or want, but also with something that will benefit them spirit, soul and body. To my mind, those are the absolute best gifts. So, I hope you will visit the links and consider giving your loved ones a happier, healthier 2010.

Until next week, as always I wish you abundant, overflowing health, peace and joy and I call you BLESSED.
