Smoothie Base:

1 Cup Amasai (unsweetened)
3 Tbsp Organic Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp Organic Chia Seed*
1 Tbsp Organic, Extra Virgin Cononut Oil

Add ins:

1 cup frozen banana slices or 1 banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries, cherries, strawberries, raspberries – or any fruits of your choice
5-10 drops of liquid Stevia, or to taste

Add these ingredients to the base recipe, blend and enjoy!

25 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber, 5.5 grams of Omega-3s, 8 grams of Omega-6s and probiotics to boot!
